How do I return an item?
30 day return policy on new and unopened items.

Vitaleaf offers a 30 day refund policy on purchases of OxiscoreTM Please be sure to read the following guidelines and instructions for returning items to Vitaleaf:

Guidelines:
  • All returns must be have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Items returned without a RMA will not be accepted.
  • Returned test kits and boxes must be in new and unused condition.  Used or broken ampoules are not returnable.
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%
  • Defective or manufacturer warranty item shall be replaced without charge.  Follow the instructions for returned items to claim warranty items.
  • Credits can only be applied to the same credit card on which the purchase was made.
  • Distributor 10 Packs are priced and sold as a group and must be returned as a complete set.
Instructions for product returns:
  • Contact the return center by email at info@oxiscore.com.  Write "RMA Request" in the subject line.
  • Explain your reason for the return in the email. 
  • Detailed shipping instructions and a RMA number will be sent to you within one business day.
  • Return the item according to the instructions you will receive.
  • Credits will made to the purchasing account within two weeks of receipt of properly authorized returned  merchandise.
